My favorite german bakery from my childhood got bought by a gook. Before that, they used to have plain white boxes, because naturally nobody gave a shit about the packaging, they cared about the delicious contents. The gook tripled prices and uses fancy-ass packaging now, and the taste is worse across the board. But muh presentation is better. It's now a cafe full of gooks, and it appears they enjoy style over substance in their Paris Baguette clone.
