I mean, if suxh threads were allowed, they should be subject to certain standards. I'm not claiming to know what those should be, but I kniw there should be some written down.
And if there are written down and agreed upon by all of /co, would the Transformers show you mentioned make the cut?
Here's something like a test and an experiment, an it could be developed to use in actual practice: if we make a list of Japanese animations that for whatever reason are claimed (by anyone) to be /co material, we could see what those animations have in common as rationale for propossing them. Those common rationales should then be the standard.
