I never watched that one. I thought it was connected to Yuru Yuri for some reason. Looking at them more it really resembles Mono's designs.
The designs also hints female mangaka but I don't know why.
Zatsu Tabi and Hibimeshi are more neutral regarding this. The Zatsu Tabi mangaka is a guy it seems.
The sex of the Hibimeshi creator doesn't seem to be known.
