Rathalos.
Tigrex is cool and fun but he's pure instinct. Perhaps he has more brute strength than Rathalos, but Rathalos has an intelligence and potential similar to Fatalis, (this is backed up by lore) hence he has so many different forms and is ubiquitous throughout the world.
