Let's discuss this. (Kled midscope)
Or well, I think the damage isn't really worth discussing because we'll just have to wait and see how it lands but there's a few things that stick out that I wonder what anons think of.
>Courage gained from minion last hits: 4 -> 5
>Courage gained from takedowns within 3s of damaging the enemy 20 -> 0
This more than any other change is what's gonna make this midscope a failure. He basically has no way of remounting quickly, or at all. The direction they seem like they're taking him in is to make his dismounted form able to stand his own as well but that really just doesn't work with his identity imo. It'd be like buffing turret-less Heimer when that is not the point. As Heimer you always wanna have your turrets up and play around them. Or Illaoi's tentacles, or formless Kayn or unattached Yuumi. As Kled you always wanna be mounted and you're SUPPOSED to be in a disadvantageous state when you're dismounted. It's ridiculous to try and shape it as if it's an alternative to his mounted form, which is really what it seems like to me. Pair this with,
>Ammo charge time: 20-7.5s (champion level scaling) -> 18-10s (Q rank scaling)
which is just driving his Q cd up late for no reason making it even HARDER to remount as late game he'd have to get in melee range and land an unrealistic amount of autos to remount, which he won't before he dies and,
>W cooldown 11-5s >> 13-9s (lol, even taking into account the next line)
and I really, really, REALLY just can't see this rework landing well at all.
On a brighter note it's really nice that they're finally fixing his remount timer being RNG and just making it instant as well as giving his E, W ward hitting and R those QoL changes but in turn the,
>Q timer is now exact rather than fuzzy
makes me worry they're gonna tweak its hitbox for no good reason when it's already a hard ability to land as is and
>Q no longer applies Grievous Wounds on pull
is also unnecessary imo.
