i reach around lvl 85 in torchlight and then quit playing ive done this multiple times now its alright, but its no poe thats for sure also i wouldnt call it a anime poe, its more like a league of legends artstyle than anime maybe its because i dont know how to use league mechanics to scale builds, also the skills seem quite limited there is not a lot of builds to make either just some issues i have with it
