Here's why Urouge will be the Strawhat's Lunarian:

>Skypiea mentions a strong knight from Birkan that fought Enel but ultimately failed
>Urouge rose up around that time as fallen monk pirates
>This makes sense why Urouge would be a fallen monk, because Enel the false god destroyed Birkan and he's a smiling monk, which would imply he serves Nika the sun god that makes people laugh
>Last we saw Urouge he was in Balloon Terminal
>Enel's cover story shows that the moon people left the moon with balloons to a floating island
>It also showed the robots took balloons to the moon through the clouds
>This implies Urouge is on that very island
>Urouge is 12 feet tall, a mixture of normal sky person height at around 5-6 feet like a normal person and Lunarian height at around 20 feet like King
>he also has bigger wings than the average sky person and dark skin like a Lunarian
>Urouge is a hybrid Sky Person/Lunarian
>He will go up to the moon and rematch Enel on the moon
>He will awaken his Lunarian blood, we know the moon gives certain races powers like the Minks
>He will come back and meet Luffy (Nika), the god he worships as a smiling monk

This is why Oda purposely kept Urouge away from Luffy until after the Nika reveal.
