Be a semi-competent support at team-based games and wait for them to send you friend requests and lobby invites. Say your mic is broken or you don't want to wake up your parents/roommate when they want to VC, make sure you actually join it though and just respond through text.
Moids won't throw money at you just because you have an OF thot as your avatar, especially if you've just joined random servers hoping for someone to bite. Just having a cutesy anime pic and name has worked for me.
