Something something Zoomers bought the Game Grumps propaganda that SA1 is shit so therefore it needs the remake ASAP. It also doesn't help that theres the infamous port which already sours a lot of casual fags who played it through there. SA2 also got the same sort of revisionism slock from "retrospective" YT videos but from what I understand the effects weren't as bad minus the one Johnny video.
