which mean you can leave a student at rank 1 and get all their momotalks
unless they have a unique gear

Ranking up the student with Eligma/Eleph will increase the cap from 10 but no new momotalks will be had

If you just want the momotalks make sure that when you unlock the crafting chamber you always craft gifts and pat them in the cafe
