It is from an event, but they had enough interactions in the AQ to sell to me the idea that most of the cast regularly interacts with eachother.

In Fontaine I got the opposite feeling
>Navia has a rocky relationship with Clorinde over her father's death(fixed in Clorinde's AQ at least) and resents Neuv
>Clorinde is just kinda there and has some awkward conversations about tea with Wrio, supposedly friends but the interaction feels robotic
>Wrio is just kinda there, I can buy the Siggy interactions but they all happen off-screen(similar to Varesa/Iansan really)
>Lyney and Lynette feel like they care about eachother but the entire cast dislikes them over fatui stuff
>Fremminet is just kinda there
>Arle is just kinda there(her quest expands a bit on the HotH at least)
>Furina is beloved/respected by everyone but doesn't feel like it
>Neuv is too autistic to feel like he cares about anyone except Melusines and Focalors
>Charlotte talks about scoops
