Here's a more readable comparison. JP Seia is full on Chuunibyou and uses a lot of big words and complex kanji. Global Seia has all her lines simplified like they just decided global is too dumb to understand Seia's philosophical stuff so it was completely removed.

It's very important to mention JP Seia is unchanged so Global actually just got a dumbed down Seia for whatever reason and it's such a bizarre situation.
