>muh abortion
Dude, even liberals knew that Roe v Wade was flimsy as fuck. Democrats should have codified Roe into federal law when they had the votes, but they never would do that because they'd instantly lose a stupid wedge issue with which to animate their base every election cycle.
"Forget about the economy and World War III, goyim... er fellow liberals! Women can't get abortions anymore! Oy vey! Pay no attention to how anyone can just order abortion drugs online now in the 21st century or just travel somewhere where it's legal."
Abortion is a huge nothing burger, a red herring, and fucking waste of time for everyone except decadent liberals rich enough to bicker over it while the economy goes to shit and while we get blown to bits in a world war.
Red states have legalized abortion anyway.
Ending Birthright citizenship would hinder certain long-term technocratic goals, not the least of which being trying to fend off deflation brought on by domestic population declines. This is a matter of sustaining the US economic model. The justices have get briefed by internal intelligence, and then they know how to rule and which bullshit arguments to use. There's a reason why only Ivy League types are chosen for SCOTUS. It's because they've been groomed for that kind of role
