When I think about J U S T careers, Varejao comes to mind
>play in Cleveland with the next best thing, LeBron, for many years
>the team constantly makes the playoffs but never enough to win it all
>he leaves to make his super team leaving you with the rest of of the bums
>meanwhile LeBron wins back-to-back
>finally a more experienced LeBron returns and it is looking good
>but when it seemed that it was finally your turn some youngsters from fucking Golden State that no one heard before start winning with memechucking, not only beating you in the finals, but changing the sport forever
>the next year they are even better
>you join them mid season for a free ring
>Warriors beat the record with most wins in a season
>Cleveland -Golden State finals again
>your team is winning tye series 3-1
>be the first team in the history of the NBA to lose a 3-1 lead
>not only that, you lost vs the team you left mid-season, the team you stayed more than a decade with, the one you stayed with even when their homestar left
>next season you leave the team and the league after playing like 15 games in 5 months
>the team you left midseason is the champion again (and next year also)
>they gave you a pity ring
I don't know, maybe he was the best Brazilian basketball player, seeing the teams you were with only immediatly after you left them or just before you arrived, I don't know how I would managed that.
I know it's not what you were looking for Panabro, but that's what came to mind
