GF1 had an entire enemy faction comprised of black-haired goth chicks but they're very MIA so far in 2. Also there is a separate enemy character in 2 who dresses like she just bowled through a spirit halloween but despite being captured and stuffed in the landship's trunk for a while now she isn't playable. For tattoos there's SIG MCX who is up there on the popularity chart so she's a good candidate for a filler banner some day.
