your error is chalking this up to ineffectiveness instead of intent. i can't blame you as I made the same error myself, and for years. the truth is, all of this is quite plainly orchestrated, and on a massive scale. at that point, negligence can no longer reasonably apply. you have such a lovely country and culture, anon. i visited there in the late 90's. i hope your people free yourselves and become great again.
