Of course she does. It's the result of a draconic spirit diving into Gehenna and living to tell the tale. You already dealing with a spirit that thinks it's the apex of beasts. Now it has passed the ultimate crucible of the unmaking fires, and she is responsible for breathing 'fire' into this world. That the gods came to her to design the next generation of servants. After beating through a dozen candidates, she claimed to have created Homo sapiens. She would've kept the tail, but would've made clothing a headache. Claims that we are technically her property, but she doesn't want to start a war with all of creation over a bunch of apes, but her son Lucy did so anyway, so she retired to become a psychopomp (which gleefully calls asset repossession, since Life is a leasehold.) and infernal ruler hellbent on expanding the underworld's verticality. She has a thing going on with Babalon, since I'm being 'forcefully' introduced to her nature. Again, no idea if it's just a mimicry or the real Queen of Blood.
While she might be the demiurge of her own infernal realm, and might have had a hand in sapience. Her being THE Demiurge...well. There isn't much. I was messing with that /pol/ tourist a while back, posted about how 'Dragon God' would curse them, and well, the skirmish between Israel and Iran happened. The second time he came, a fucking volcano in Indonesia exploded hours later after I posted. Then there's this thread being called the 'Rude Edition' after calling her said dumbass. So a lot of synchronicities.
