I don't get it
There is so much complaint about too much dialogue and no skip button. And now those same people are complaining that the lore isn't presented in the main story? They realize that this will only increase the length of dialogue and they will just shift from "waaah too little information" to "waaah too much exposition"?
Lore being the way it is is already a skip button of sorts, but that's bad now?
