I'll go schizo and say all at the same time is a possibility too, bots and cyclical retards are absolutely nothing new here so those options aren't really crazy. Then there's the statistic that people in developing countries are rapidly gaining access to the internet for the first time at a notable rate, millions upon millions every year would make sense to me how seemingly every thread there's plenty taking the bait in a different way.
