Been feeling super tired and fatigued lately. I know I've been doing a lot of overtime in the middle of summer but for a long time now I've just been getting horrible sleep. It feels like it's all compounding together and now I just feel like I'm completely devoid of all energy. It's even been giving me really bad brain fog. I had a whole lot that I wanted to get done today but I only got one thing done.

I do have a doctor's visit with a new GP schedule for later this week though. Maybe they'll have some insights and answers for me
