a. you see fat women in ""beauty"" advertisements, normalizing it in the minds of many
b. thanks to tinder etc you can still get laid relatively easily as a fat woman
c. online hugboxes like the "healthy at every size" movement and similar on tiktok, tumblr, r*ddit etc tend to be made up by women for women, giving it a positive feedback loop that encourages more manatee pride that men largely don't get
d. the way in which female brain chemistry and social mechanisms function make it more likely for them to use gossiping, shaming, and rallying to improve their social pecking order; this ends up in them trying to use social consensus to improve their collective lot whether it's a conscious process or not
and specific to this board/especially general,
e. you see a specific, degenerate fat fetishist ("architect") constantly try to shill some of the relatively better looking obese women and as a counter-action you see response posting of absolutely grotesque, morbidly obese women as a counter measure
