I think I've encountered over a dozen instances of "men get breasts" in entertainment over the years. The weirdest one was a WW2 cartoon encouraging people to buy war bonds, the pitch was that with war bonds, you can buy anything, including briefly shown played off as a gag, the every-man character getting huge knockers.

It makes me suspect that for countless generations, a minority of men have fantasied about having sexy times with their own tits.
