What's your go to at the free hotel breakfast buffet?

I usually make a meat and cheese omelette bagel with hot sauce and take as many hard boiled eggs as I can. Sometimes these shitty hotels have carton milk so I take them too. Then Fill up my 40oz thermos with shitty coffee.
