KF is more mild personality disorder than mental illness. There are a lot of very articulate people on there that produce very informative and exhaustive works of research and analysis, it's just a bit too bad it's on some formerly emo OG youtuber who is now anorexic with family problems who may or may not be being kept alive via IV because last time she pretended to eat there was a few frames of visceral disgust reaction to food (melted vanilla ice cream) and that might just give it away. But compare to NBAfags or Portland React Developer Conference. Rarely do you get the disordered thinking typical of mental illness, so I'd disagree somewhat. I don't have a dog in this fight, I kind of hate them all too but in comparison to the rest of the world, they're ok.
