I will be entirely fair and say Tribbie's combat animations are manic to the degree of being annoying, which is frustrating since even the most energetic one Trianne is just not so manic. Honestly, even Pink Barbara is a bit too over the top compared to her normal demeanor as a character.
As characters in story, they're quite good and have one of the better story segments in the game.
