Syria de-facto does not exist. What remains now is only to maintain a thin fiction that Syria exists and that Jolani is in charge of it. Same as Iraq today.
There is no Iraqi state, and especially no Iraqi army. The country can never pose a threat to Israeli hegemony. Any attempts at more solid state formation are continuously thwarted by constant interference from the shadow administration based out of the US embassy in Baghdad. Lebanon is similar. The same will be done to Syria. You will be paying for all this by the way. Shadow admins for countries of this size do not come cheap.
