does anyone have any actually good basic workout regimens for beginners that's geared more towards ftms or does it not matter much if it's ftm specific or not if i've been on T a couple years? picrel is a routine that a gymbro friend threw together for me in like 5 minutes, although i'm not sure he knows i'm ftm. i'm pretty good with schedules and routines so i think i could stay consistent but the science behind working out is way too boring to force myself to research to make a routine myself. is this fine or is there something i should add/remove/prioritize?
i have a bit of equipment too if that matters. dumbbells (3lb pair, 5lb pair, 8lb pair), treadmill, jump rope, a bike although it's been way too hot to ride lately, probably some other little things i'm forgetting. thanks in advance doods
