Let me introduce a little theory here...
Since several important nutrients are only available from animal proteins, could it be a major factor holding back the brain (and the body in general) large populations who either communally choose to, or cannot afford to eat any or sufficient amounts? What if some Rothschild, Bilderberg, or Rockefeller big-wig had an epiphany a century ago, that a similar anti-meat movement could in time make western populations dumber and more "pliable" too?
