"That doesn't seem to be true. He created several more Saiyans (Goten, Trunks, Pan, Bra) and made the series focus heavily on them. He chose to remove their tails, which was fine when he was drawing the manga, it's his call. However, after finishing the manga, he introduced additional Saiyans without tails for no apparent reason. This decision undermined any chance for Kefla and Cabba to feel truly cool or authentically Saiyan-like.
