"No one" is a lot of people, but I do agree that there are very few fans of him. You learn literally nothing about him and his whole existence is to be a plot device in the main game.
You would have to go into the postgame mode just to get his FTEs when Kaede is literally right outside the dorms. Even if given a chance, he just talks about his sister most of the time(thanks Tsumugi, very cool).
