Lemme post this. Here; I modeled a base mesh that just has this oval shaped topology in the middle of some vulva shaped mounds. Then i just drew lips and a labia onto the surface. The idea being I have 2 blend shapes, one closes the labia completely, the other open it up much more. The next step would be some joint deformation for making it push in and pull out during penetration, and let it be manipulated in other ways lightly. There's no texture, just geometry and a normal map, as of now.
