For the biscuits you can use Oreos or whatever you want really, for filling if you can find raspberry and/or blueberry flavored curd use that, otherwise you could try mixing berry jam with unflavored curd. The vanilla creme powder may not be available so you can try replacing it with typical vanilla sauce ingredients
