Now remember that moment. It will be there waiting for you next time when you do a little bit of working out. And if you do it everyday it will eventually help shape your mind to be better. This is why they don't want us to be healthy and exercise.

When you first start out your muscles are going to be really fatigued and thats ok, take a few days off. Soon you'll be able to do it everyday. As a general rule you shouldn't work out an hour before sleep however.
