The Anastasia Romanov who exists in the Levs timeline is a different person from the Anastasia from real life, due to the timeline diverging twenty years ago and her parents having different timing with producing an heir. She's in her twenties and since taking the throne in 1911 has apparently learned to command Leviathans and fleets, as she's available as both a Captain and Admiral choice.
