As far as i can tell they seem to be medieval/fantasy type Rimworlds with real 3d building (castles) and they look pretty cool. But i heard Going Medieval has some insanely retarded ai and dogshit combat and Noble Fates made a shitty artstyle and is more fantastical.

Generally i just like the castle/ hamlet building but without the super militaristic gameplay part of Stronghold.
