French President Emmanuel Macron said that the countries of the "coalition of the willing" will patrol Ukraine's air and sea space after reaching a ceasefire agreement with Russia.
He announced this at a press conference in London with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

Ursula von Der Leyen addressed China with the following demands:
1. To condemn Russia's actions;
2. To limit cooperation with the Russian Federation;
3. To open its market to goods and services from the EU completely;
4. To limit state support for manufacturers from China;
5. To stop research in areas where China has an advantage;
6. To return rare-earth minerals to global markets and continue to supply them openly and without restrictions.
