Almost certainly, yeah, if it wasn't already confirmed. Gomamon is higher level here so I am admittedly just being hopeful, but considering when Gomamon evolves at only level ten you get this Mojyamon with notably lower stats I think it's possible the game will be a bit more like the DS and World games where stats progressively get higher. Or perhaps there's just not really a difference between forms anymore or the stat scaling from level ups is weirdly scaled I suppose.
