I think obama will ultimately skate, unfortunately. Even if they manage to take him in, I don't think a judge will be brave enough to hear the case, especially if it's in DC. However, I can see someone lower getting pinched. Clapper seems pretty certain he's going to be prosecuted. I'm sure people like Brennan and Comey have a similar feeling.
