Even without immigration, Libertarianism cannot perverse culture nor tradition. A stronger state is needed if you want a traditional society. And I'm not talking about forgetting free speech or wanting a totalitarian state like in Communist China, Pol Pot's Cambodia, USSR, Orwell's 1984, etc... But the state MUST take a stance of morality at some level.
