Maybe this is my cis privilege speaking but I remember when an instagram model took bathroom selfies and got into hot water for it, what's the difference? Because this time it was a hon? Don't take bathroom pictures. Just don't. I'm not saying jail is appropriate, I think it's rather draconian in fact, but I'm not that upset about it either.
