Event’s still active even without the buff. It’s funny how people are clinging to just that buff so tightly, assuming that it’s not active yet in spite of reports from players like myself confirming additional loot drops in instances. I unironically believe that if the buff was visible but there were actually no additional loot drops at all, there’d be less gnashing of teeth because the majority of people simply stop looking when they see the buff active and don’t actually pay attention to what’s going on beyond that.
