Melee went for some of the Magic systems in place and set them to start backfiring, while Keli actually kinda had a similar plan to Peppa, using a combination of Forced Spirit Fission and the Tri-Beam, with her Makaio-ken active, to do critical damage to the superstructure itself.

With the Ring of Might in ruins, and all of you able to get out of there without issue, Glorio pilots the ship back to the warp fish thing. Returning to Beelzebub’s palace, you give a quick debrief on both the good and the bad news about your mission, especially since you have no idea what Reapa might be planning next. Ugh… that’s still a bit of a headache for you to have to deal with. Those down here know about her now, but… back home is another matter.

You lean against a wall, trying to get all your thoughts in order, when Keli approaches you. She hesitates for a moment, then asks, “…Hey Peppa. You ready to head back home?”

“Maybe… just trying to really process it all, I guess.”

“Well, I can talk if you need, but it might be better to talk with family.” she says, kindly but firmly. “It’s been a crazy day.”

Ugh. What even is mom gonna say? …What about Cocoa? You shake your head. “How about you, you going to head back too?”

“Soon. Melee and I are gonna catch up a bit more.” She crosses her arms, adding, “If you’d like, I can help you try to get your thoughts in order first though.”
