essentially; there's a limit to what manifestation on its own can do as well. regardless of how much you believe in free will or the lack thereof, it's almost certainly a spectrum compared to black and white. one can follow or stray from the light. you need to take moves to maximize the surface area on which those things can take an effect, moreso than just raw willpower/pushing through. to maximize the space, it depends on *you* (hence the light joker) and how you plan it through (7 of Clubs.) only then is the "difficulty" dispersed.

mm. well take into consideration the after of what i said; they may actually disappear for a time due to your efforts, or at least there *may* more than likely be a reprieve.

again, this is just below the King, and same suit, so same message from my cards on how to deal with it. if anything this can be seen as hopeful; there's no more spades coming out than the trouble you have *now*/long term to deal with; there's no clubs so its not as if you have to come up with some master plan to circumvent it; this is something that you'll easily be able to deal with as long as you keep your eyes open for opportunities from the timeline.

mastery == practice == time, for the most part. there's of course aptitude (which is shown in the read) but it's a matter of pushing. life circumstances is a possibility; it's hard to say for sure without asking directly, and asking directly with my cards has the effect of changing things. tarot is better for that type of vague need. but the come and go part is natural; there may be times where its more necessary than others! not every day needs to be a story arc itself.
