I wonder how long it will take for some sort of widespread problem to happen to people just like it did in the enterprise sector with crowdstrike last year. All it takes is one vulnerable line of code in a kernel driver. And what happens if future operating systems drop support for said drivers and the publisher is no longer interested in updating it essentially making the game abandon ware and unplayable?
