If I'm using storm burst and CWC Lightning Conduit, would using overcharge support on storm burst make sense? lightning conduit can't shock, so I don't think it gets affected by the damage loss from the support, but if shock gets applied as if it's a harder hit, maybe lightning conduit damage comes out ahead of the damage loss on storm burst?
