Depends. Did they spontaneously become a male? If so, I'm not sure, it's kind of freak occurrence, but It'd be hard to imagine someone like Okina or Yukari would take kindly on someone walking out on them just because of something like that. If the other person is still willing to make it work, it'd feel awful to not at least try, whether or not that'd make someone gay.
On the other hand, if you're lusting after male images of your favorite Touhou character, then you're probably just gay and maybe you should seek help. Not everything needs to be looked at in a sexual manner.
