Thought about adding Chrono Gear, Spark Electric Jester 1, and Shockman since they have a ton of Megaman influence, but decided against it since they ultimately play just as much if not more like Sonic + whatever the heck Shockman is doing.

Ryu is the beta. Ryo from Art of Fighting is the superior final release with a way cooler moveset and color-scheme. Both made by the same guy.
