Thanks Anons I managed to do it in the end.
I selected too many skills and failed to remember how to make the full use out of each skill.

This guide is very good. It's simple, only flamethrower and dodge is needed to master which is done easily.
I also know what I did wrong now. The Vital View dodges are absolutely vital.

I tried to replicate this guide in action over 5 times and failed over 5 times, until I finally figured out why the vital view dodge is so critical.
It's because Vital View provides ATK buff!!!

There were aa few times when I instinctively moved to furthest away while still in reach of flame thrower and the enemy was far away and staggered and couldn't do anything.
I thought I was being clever by doing this, but this was dumb as fuck of me.
This was the fatal error.

What I needed to do was get closer to the bossees, machine gun them and let attack me,
THEN I'm able to Vital View dodge and stack up ATK buff (super important to save time)
THEN I go crazy with flame thrower.

It can't be stressed enough how important buffs are in this mini game.
