brekkie: apple/banana smoothie. I tried a teaspoon of nesqwik banana flavour - too much!
brunch: vietnamese roll, salami, cheese, beetroot, pineapple and jalapeno. Might wack some branston on there as well.
lunch/arvo tea: the missus is making moussaka so I've done up a mincey sauce. 1 of the chink rolls with a fuckton of butter dipped in that off the stovetop
