i dont speak sami but i can prove sami ancestry like every non immigrant, its enough that i live in rural bumfuck nowhere and go /out/ a lot for the second. voila i can now apply for sami status and get it approved despite me never having been sami, never having put my dick in a reindeer. you can take an intensive class in sami, move here and larp a bit, voila you are now sami despite having no sami ancestry. and no dna doesnt matter it must be a named sami in your forefathers (who could just as well be wuzzing)
